After many years of working in sales and sales enablement, we saw firsthand how companies either invest too much in bloated programs or fail to prioritize enablement altogether.

About the Founder

“I began my career in B2C sales, selling everything from steak knives to mortgages while studying the techniques of sales legends like Tom Hopkins, Zig Ziglar, and Brian Tracy.

My transition to B2B sales began in recruiting, spending long hours in the permanent placement staffing industry. I later transitioned into healthcare, where I worked for two incredible organizations that allowed me to develop and showcase my skills in B2B sales.

Over the years, I’ve studied and applied various sales methodologies—SPIN, Sandler, Challenger and MEDDIC to name a few. What I’ve learned through hundreds of presentations is that at the center of every successful sales conversation is a well trained, prepared, and hardworking sales professional who is genuinely committed to their customer’s success.

I founded RevForge with the customer at the center of everything we do. Many sales teams still focus heavily on product features and technical specs without fully addressing customer needs that lie beneath the surface. I believe there is a tremendous opportunity to enable sales teams to meet their sales targets while also building stronger, more meaningful connections with their customers."
